Thermal Imaging 

 Thermal imaging is used when needed during all inspections; typically when moisture is suspected of being covered up by fresh paint or other coatings, poor electrical connections, missing insulation or lack of proper insulation, door and window weather seals. We also provide system specific thermal inspections for electrical systems, roofing, and air seal inspections on a single item service cost of $110.00 per home as a stand alone inspection.
